Please be advised that as of Friday January 28, 2011 at approximately 10:20 a.m., phone lines belonging to Bell Canada that provide service to both our head office and customer service centre ceased to be operational, due to someone cutting the feeders that provide service to our address and approximately 900 other homes/businesses in the area.  Currently we are unable to make or receive phone calls. Our internet access has not been affected due to the fact that these services are provided by Rogers Cable.  Bell hopes to have our phone lines restored by end of day, but there is no guarantee of this.

For those of you that have tried contacting the customer service line and have received voicemail please understand that voicemail is handled differently, and the phones at customer service do not ring.  We periodically check voicemail through cell phones, but ask that you only leave emergencies on that line as it will fill up quite quickly.
